"Good experience, a bit slower than some others"
My order showed up exactly as I placed it, with the right bottles and sizes, so no complaints there. The packaging was solid too and everything arrived in good condition. It did take a little longer than I expected, especially compared with a couple of other whisky sites I’ve used, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, smooth experience and I’d be happy to order from whisky-online.com again.

"Not fancy, but the price is hard to beat"
It was worth it. It’s not exactly the kind of place that blows you away, but for the price, I can’t really complain. Definitely cheaper than my local shop and you still get what you need.

"Really decent customer service"
I had a small issue with my order, but they dealt with it quickly and were really friendly about it. No fuss, no making me feel like I was being awkward — just basic good customer service, which you appreciate these days. I’d happily order from whisky-online.com again

"Good whisky selection, but felt a bit brushed off"
I was happy with the whisky selection on Whisky Online overall. I found a couple of bottles I don’t usually come across in regular shops, and the site was easy enough to browse. I also liked that there were plenty of price options, not just the really expensive stuff. The only downside was that when I had a question, the response made me feel a bit dismissed, like it wasn’t really worth their time. Still, the range is good and I’d probably use them again.
